Barwon Water is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to provide construction phase services for two separable portions of works, the construction of a Primary Pressure Reducing Value (PRV), Secondary PRV and Monitoring Unit within the Manifold Heights and Herne Hill suburbs of Geelong, and the construction of a single PRV within Armstrong Creek.

It is a condition of Tender that Tenderers attend a Compulsory Site Inspection at 10.00 AM on 28 January 2020, commencing at Barwon Water Offices (55-67 Ryrie St, Geelong) a site tour of M5 PMA PRV Locations will follow with Attendees to arrange their own transportation. Details are in the Tender Document, Clause 3.2.
