VicRoads is seeking tenders for quantity surveying services for a fully integrated office fit out in a new commercial construction (7450m2) in the Metro South East.  It is anticipated that the sucessful tenderer will provide the following services to VicRoads as part of the project:

• Schedule of Works 
• Cost estimate of fully integrated fit out and recommended options to ensure cost savings are achieved 
• Pre-tender estimate for principal design consultant services
• Attend regular site and off-site meetings with the Developer and VicRoads for the duration of the construction
• Provide monthly fit out expenditure progress reports
• Provide general advice, and
• Act as an independent expert on the selection panel for the principal design consultant.
