Question 1:
The electrical suggests we need to replace the Existing Kitchen DB (SB6) with new, are you able to provide photos of the existing and size of the new board required?

Response:
SB6 does not need to be replaced. An addendum to follow.

Question 2:
Is there a hazmat audit available for this project?

Response:
The Div-5 report for Joan Pinder will be uploaded to this tender today. An updated report is in process and should be available in the next 4 weeks.

Response:
D01 Auto as per floor plan and door schedule.

D02 Manual as per floor plan and door schedule.

ML elevation 4 D2 should read Manual not Auto.

Can you please provide details of the nurse call and security systems (Manufacturer, equipment etc.)?

Response:
Nurse Call is SEDCO. 
Security is currently SPHERE, however all new projects need to be GENETEC.

Please note the site inspection scheduled for 10am tomorrow 18th June 2021 has been cancelled until further notice due to Covid-19 restrictions which prohibit visitors and non-essential contractors from entering aged care or other residentail facility spaces.

The site inspection will be rescheduled and tender timelines updated when restrictions are lifted.

Question 1:
Please advise if the list of nominated sub-contractors are the only sub-contractors that are permitted to be used for those trades or whether other contractors may be used?

Response:
No other sub-contractors can be used. The nominated sub-contractors are on the Bendigo Health service panel.

Question 2:
Can you advise how many residents rooms will be available concurrently for new air-conditioning installation as this will effect programming?

Response:
There are 4 wings and each wing has 15 residents. The existing air conditioning must remain operational until cut over to each wing is ready to be connected.
