Hello,

In the Invitation to Supply we note the following requirement:

Help Desk

The Supplier must provide telephone and email support to users to:

  1. Answer any user questions
  2. Provide technical assistance
  3. Log any defects/ incidents
  4. Provide advice on the Supplier’s progress on correction of defects/ incidents

There must be after hours support for incidents with severity level 1 or 2.

Can we please confirm these users are not direct end users such as students and businesses, but are the TAFE's representatives and the Department? ie. We would provide 3rd line support only.
