• Undertake repairs to connections of gas equipment
• Replace connections of gas equipment

• Maintain and clear open spoon drains
• Repair and maintenance to toilet facility
• Upgrade/replace toilet facilities
• Temporary fencing
• General handy-man maintenance tasks, for example boarding up after break-in – labour rate only activity
