Description
Construction of the Taylors Regulator Fishway (Taylors Creek). This project will contribute to addressing key threats to native fish populations in northern Victoria by enabling fish movement throughout the Gunbower and lower Loddon system of over 1000 km of waterways. This work targets the highest priority remaining barriers to fish passage identified in the North Central CMA’s Native Fish Recovery Plan - Gunbower and lower Loddon (‘the Plan’), which aims to improve flows, habitat and connectivity to support recovery of regional native fish populations.
