Description

Professional services to:

  • Draft and create a framework and visually map processes and artefacts which delivers mature end state category life cycle management. Key elements, review existing processes and procedures and for Built Assets provide the appropriate suite of documents.
  • Procedures, manuals, and guidelines for Built Asset Categories using Parks Victoria document templates and formats. This may also include rationalising existing procedures and forms to ensure PV has a straightforward and transparent set of procedures for end users to apply to Built Asset management.
  • Map end to end processes for implementation of Asset Management Plans (at an asset class level) when developed and identify interfaces with existing procedures, plans and guidelines
  • Identify and update any required amendments to existing procedures, manuals and guidelines which have dependencies or interfaces with new asset management plans
  • Assess the existing inspection triage process to identify, map and document the interface with Asset Management Plans, business case prioritisation, functional design document approval, capital work program  and Parks Victoria’s Asset Management Information System.
  • Develop an Asset Management Plan template for use across the asset categories identified in the Asset Management Strategy
  • Align processes and business rules within the asset management plans to ensure strong integration with Parks Victoria’s Asset Management Information System
