Description
The opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Contractor to act in the role of a Principal Contractor to undertake repair works on three heritage listed water towers. The Benalla, Yarrawonga and Tungamah water towers require structural repairs to extend their asset life.
The Scope of Works includes:
• Design of the repair methodology in accordance with asset condition assessment reports
• Compile, submit and obtain planning and building permit
• Undertake repair of the water towers
• Complete post asset remediation report
