Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit a proposal for the provision for Project Management services who will be accountable for all deliverables of the RMH Futures Project including preparation of briefs for the consulting team and subsequent tender recommendation, completion of design and construction works, workplace change management and handover of the site.

On appointment, the Project Manager will: 

• Meet with the RMH Redevelopment and capital works teams to establish the additional design consultants required for this project based on the vision. 
• Develop consultant briefs for each discipline identified. 
• Tender for consultants in liaison with RMH Procurement Team.  
• evaluate consultant tenders with assistance from the RMH Redevelopment and Capital Works Teams   
• Ensure Consultants are contracted to RMH. 
• Establish a change management and communications strategy and execute according to agreed criteria  
• Manage the consultant team from appointment through to completion of works and handover
