Contract - RFT - VMFRP CN0018

Following the Expression of Interest process conducted by Lower Murray Water for the provision of GIS services (CN0018), the Corporation is seeking offers from a shortlist of service providers for the provision of a scope of services as outlined in Part A.2 – Specifications.  

Structure of Invitation 

This Invitation comprises the following documents: 

• Introduction – contains an overview of the opportunity presented; 

• Part A – The Invitation: 

• A.1 – About this Invitation: provides details about the procurement opportunity; 

• A.2 – Specifications: Overview of requirements describes the goods and/or services in respect of which the organisation invites RFTs from interested parties; 

• Part B – Conditions of Participation: Conditions of participation sets out the rules applying to the RFT process for the supply of goods and/or services. The rules are separated into organisational and whole of Victorian Government specific rules. 

• Part C – Draft Contract 

• Part D – Invitee’s response: details the information to be provided by invitees. Part D may include templates to be completed.
